Supporting the design and vendor selection process for a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. This new solution will replace the legacy systems currently used to manage over $12 Billion dollars in NY state financed loans and mortgages.

Led a team of 8 consultants to build the foundation for a new $3B / year retail division at Samsung. Worked with key leadership across all divisions at Samsung Telecommunications, Samsung Electronics, and Samsung Headquarters in Korea to drive sales and develop sustainable retail best practices.

Developed an internal marketing strategy and organizational design to support the worldwide IT operations of Airbus subsidiaries. Built a team of 9 consultants at Clearwire to deliver a SQL database and reporting capability.
