Led a team of 8 consultants to build the foundation for a new $3B / year retail division at Samsung. Worked with key leadership across all divisions at Samsung Telecommunications, Samsung Electronics, and Samsung Headquarters in Korea to drive sales and develop sustainable retail best practices.
Developed an internal marketing strategy and organizational design to support the worldwide IT operations of Airbus subsidiaries. Built best practices for the operational management and completed project by leading a workshop with key stakeholders from Germany, France and subsidiary CIOs from India, China, Russia and USA.
Built a team of 9 consultants at Clearwire to deliver a SQL database and reporting capability. This gave the leadership: head of sales, marketing, customer care, products and COO – integrated reporting on customer, usage, billing and marketing data for the first time, and in turn drove churn management, customer qualification and retention initiatives.
Managed the successful launch of the first Microsoft Retail Stores to coincide with the launch of Windows 7. Stores obtained a Net Promoter Score of 82%. Responsible for a $10+ million dollar P&L and grew a team of 33 Revel associates and reporting for all divisions including Design & Construction, Technology, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, eCommerce, PR, HR, Legal, Finance & Procurement & Supply Chain.
Audited existing, and designed and implemented a Shared Services Model (based on SharePoint) for the Communications Department to manage all internal requests and over 30 vendors for content & distribution, branding, PR, marketing and executive leadership teams.
Led a number of critical IT solutions including the implementation of the “Add a Line” feature. Project was delivered on time, within ±3 % of budget and increased online sales by 8%. Managed 6 teams with a total of 35 resources.
Developed and delivered KPI and benchmarking metrics for a Credits & Adjustments reduction initiative which drove approximately $500M in annual savings for the customer care organization, tracked impact to churn and redesigned the customer support systems to streamline reason codes, and identify and flag critical trends.
Performed a market analysis of Class A office space in San Francisco, Seattle and San Diego. Created standard profitability and ARPU metrics for buildings ranging from $32M to $178M. Assisted in securing a German pension fund investment of $340M (13% over targeted $300M).
Owned creation of a Cost/Benefit Analysis & Business Case for 51% acquisition of a €53M Spanish company. Performed market analysis & product positioning strategy for and product design for a financial analysis tool. Managed all near-shoring product development & testing between Madrid and Frankfurt offices conducting business seamlessly in English, German and Spanish.
